For incorporating these activities, we reward you with vouchers to purchase products from our Instructional Resource Catalog.

Co-chair also attends Book Fair Workshop		Get $10 in IRC Vouchers
Host a Family Event		Get $20 in IRC Vouchers
Accept Credit/Debit Cards		Get $10 in IRC Vouchers (minimum 10 credit/debit card sales)
Classroom Wish List and/or One for Books program		Get $25 in IRC Vouchers
Your principal sends a letter home (RTF 3K) to families		Get $15 in IRC Vouchers

Contact your local Book Fair Sales Consultant to discuss your goals and ways to achieve them. The consultant will update you on the revenue history for your school's past Book Fairs.

If your Book Fair sales are:

• Between $5,001 and $10,000 you can multiply the total vouchers earned X 2
• Between $10,001 and $15,000 you can multiply the total vouchers earned X 3
• Between $15,001 and $20,000 you can multiply the total vouchers earned X 4
• Above $20,001 multiply the total vouchers earned X 5

Here’s how to redeem your Book Fair vouchers:

• Log into your Chairperson’s Toolkit to complete the online Financial Form -OR- call the Financial Form Assistance Hotline at 1-888-412-9124 to complete your invoice over the phone.
• To receive your bonus, fill out the Customer Rewards Recap Sheet provided with your Financial Form.
• Scholastic will send you vouchers to apply to purchases from the Instructional Resource Catalog.
• Mail your vouchers back to our Instructional Resource Division. We’ll pack and ship your order back to your school.
