Bulletin Board
Don't keep your Book Fair under wraps! Decorate your school bulletin board and make sure everyone knows the dates, times, and scene of your Book Fair.

Cost: $15
Time: 1 ½ hours

Here's what you need:

  • Bulletin board
  • Bright blue construction paper, enough to cover board
  • Colored construction paper
  • Red acrylic paint
  • Colored markers
  • Styrofoam balls
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Craft glue
  • Scissors
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
Here's what you do:
  • Cover bulletin board with bright blue construction paper.
  • Cut shapes out of construction paper, using these patterns:
    Prints the Dog
    Inspector Digit Body (PDF)
    Inspector Digit Face & Feet (PDF)
    Inspector Digit Hands & Arms (PDF)
  • Glue shapes to bulletin board with craft glue.
  • Add thumbprint design to Inspector Digit with red acrylic paint.
  • Cut styrofoam balls in half, add black centers, and hot-glue to Inspector Digit's face.
  • Use pipe cleaners for his shoelaces.
  • Add any extra details and Book Fair information with colored markers.
