Here what you need:

• Black display board
• Blue poster board
• Yellow photo copy paper
• Bright green construction paper
• Black construction paper
• Yellow foam core
• Light blue foam core
• Pipe cleaners
• Colored markers
• Red acrylic paint and paintbrush
• Black masking tape
• Scissors
• X-actoŽ knife or utility knife
• Glue stick

• Cover a black display board with blue poster board.
• Cut out Inspector Digit from yellow foam core and hat out of green construction paper using these patterns:

  Inspector Digit Body (PDF)

  Inspector Digit Face & Feet (PDF)

  Inspector Digit Hands & Arms (PDF)

• Add thumbprint design with red marker or acrylic paint.
• Use pipe cleaners for arms and legs.
• Cut magnifying glass (PDF) out of light blue foam core and glue black paper around the edges to form rim.
• Attach magnifying glass and Inspector Digit to board with black masking tape.
• Tape Wish List Poster to display.
• Write each teacher's name and grade level on the Card Pockets and glue to the display.
• Photocopy 20 Book Wish Donation Cards (PDF) per teacher on bright yellow copy paper and hand out at the Teacher Preview Event.
