Create a treasure chest display to publicize you Fair. It's simple and easy on the pocket. Start with a cardboard box from your local office supply company. Cut a lid with scissors or knife. Cover the box with Kraft or construction paper. Draw a wood grain pattern with a brown crayon. If you want, line the inside of the box with richly colored fabric. Make lock and end caps with extra cardboard.

Fill your chest with books. Stack them high! Adorn with costume and plastic jewelry, shells, and stuffed animals.
