Volunteer Thank-you Note
Send a special pop-up note to each volunteer with thanks for all the hard work!

Here's how to create it:

  • Cut a 6 1/4 x 9 inch rectangle from colored construction paper.
  • Print the Volunteer Thank-you Note (PDF Form) onto thick paper and trim to 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches.
  • Trim around the hat and sides where indicated to create the pop-up.
  • Glue the outside area around the pop-up to the colored construction paper (be careful not to glue the pop-up section down).
  • Crease fold at center of card and at the top and bottom of pop-up.
  • When card is closed the hat should peak out of the top.
  • Make (2) small slits at the top and bottom of the colored construction paper to insert ribbons.
  • Feed ribbon into slits connecting top and bottom of card together.
  • Tie in a bow on outside, when it is opened the ribbon should still be connected at top and bottom of card creating a festive look.
