Dog-Faced
Invitations
A simple piece of folded construction paper could become a
special invitation to your Family Event.
Cost: $3.00 or less
Time: .30 minutes
Here's what you need:
• Cardstock or construction paper
• Scissors
• Markers or crayons
• Wiggle eyes and glue (optional)
Here's what you do:
• Make a square by folding over the corner of a piece of
paper.
• To finish making the square, cut off the small rectangle,
forming a square (which is already folded into a triangle).
• Fold over two triangles (to make the dog's ears).
• You can color or add a construction paper layer.
• Put a face on your dog. Gluing on wiggle eyes gives the
dog a whimsical look.
• Print the place and time of your event on the inside.
• When it's folded back up, it's a real tail-wagger!
