Here's what you need:
• Black and white crépe paper
• 2-liter soda bottle (head)
• Gallon milk jug (body)
• Paint stirrer
• Tape
Here's what you do:
• Cut off the top of the soda bottle.
• Insert the paint-stirrer into milk jug to anchor soda
bottle on top.
• Cover both bottles with white crêpe paper. Tape
ends.
• Roll crepe paper tubes for legs. Stuff.
• Use black crêpe paper for the nose, ears, and eyes.
Use white for mustache. Add collar.
